Abstract: | The aim of this paper is to contribute to a better understanding of the relationship between global governance and corporate social responsibility.Global governance, infact, imposes shared values, norms, attitudes, and the acceptance of responsiblities as well as human obligations.These values are to respect life, liberty, justice as well as equality, tolerance and solidarity. Indeed, these factors have given rise to the corporate social responsibilities. |
